How recruitment agencies can obtain candidate consent while improving data quality
Request the free guide
With the new mandates under GDPR, recruitment agencies will have new challenges to face. Starting from May 2018, agencies that wish to continue using their existing database of candidates will have to receive consent from candidates, in compliance with GDPR. Failing to do this will either require agencies to delete their database built over the years or face the risk of hefty fines.
From thousands of candidates in the database, often, only 10-15% are current. This makes it challenging for agencies to obtain candidate consent, or to keep the data up to date. This guide offers a single solution to both of these problems.
